Here is a quick and simple way to estimate the total square footage of flooring required in order to cover a room.
How many kits do I need?
Based on the square footage you got from the results above, here's how many kits you need to buy for good coverage.
250 - 500 sq.ft.
250 sq. ft. or less = 1 half kit
251–500 sq. ft. = 1 full kit
501–750 sq. ft. = 1 full and 1 half kit
751 - 2,000 sq.ft.
751–1,000 sq. ft. = 2 full kits
1,001–1,250 sq. ft. = 2 full and 1 half kit
1,251–1,500 sq. ft. = 3 full kits (5% off)
1,501–1,750 sq. ft. = 3 full and 1 half kit (5% off)
1,751–2,000 sq. ft. = 4 full kits (7% off)
2,001 - 25,000 sq.ft.
2,001–2,250 sq. ft. = 4 full and 1 half kit (7% off)
2,251–2,500 sq. ft. = 5 full kits (10% off)
2,500 sq. ft. = 15-gallon kit
5,000 sq. ft. = 30-gallon kit
25,000 sq. ft. = 150-gallon kit
