PerformanceDIY.com GOOD System Residential Warranty

PerformanceDIY.com shall offer a warranty for its residential coating applications against peeling for a period of two years, providing its application is in accordance with PerformanceDIY.com preparation and application procedures and the warranty registration certificate is filled out and mailed or e-mailed back within 30 days of purchase.

This warranty exclusively applies to peeling coatings caused as a direct result of product failure and exclusive maximum liability of PerformanceDIY.com under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity necessary for re-coating warranted area.

Residential Warranty exclusions:

• Moisture mitigation issues

• Deficient concrete

• Coating not applied direct to concrete

• Surface or sub surface contaminants

The sole and exclusive maximum liability of PerformanceDIY.com under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity of material necessary for re-coating the warranted area.

The customer agrees that his/her exclusive remedies and the entire liability of PerformanceDIY.com with respect to the specified floor coatings, are set forth in this agreement. PerformanceDIY.com will not be liable to the customer for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of its use of the floor coating or the breach of any warranty.

PerformanceDIY.com shall offer a warranty for its residential coating applications against peeling for a period of five years, providing its application is in accordance with PerformanceDIY.com preparation and application procedures and the warranty registration certificate is filled out and mailed or e-mailed back within 30 days of purchase.

Residential Warranty exclusions:

• Moisture mitigation issues

• Deficient concrete

• Coating not applied direct to concrete

• Surface or sub surface contaminant

Limited Lifetime warranty. Limited Lifetime warranty is transferable.

• 1-3 years 100%

• 4-10 years 50% of retail value

• 11+ years 25% of retail value

PerformanceDIY.com shall offer a warranty for “Super Certified System Kit” residential coating applications against peeling providing its application is in accordance with PerformanceDIY.com preparation and application procedures and the warranty registration certificate is filled out and mailed or e-mailed back within 30 days of purchase.

PerformanceDIY.com Epoxy Commercial Warranty

PerformanceDIY.com epoxy shall warranty its Industrial/Commercial/Institutional coatings to meet all performance specifications for the original purchaser .

The sole and exclusive maximum liability of PerformanceDIY.com epoxy under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity of materials necessary for re-coating warranted area as detailed below:

PerformanceDIY.com epoxy will not be liable to the customer for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of its use of the floor coating or the breach of any warranty.

PerformanceDIY.com Counter-Coat Certified Warranty

Limited Lifetime warranty. Limited Lifetime warranty is transferable.

• 1-3 years 100%

• 4-10 years 50% of retail value

• 11+ years 25% of retail value

PerformanceDIY.com Counter-Coat shall offer a warranty for its residential coating applications against peeling, providing its application is in accordance with PerformanceDIY.com Counter-Coat preparation and application procedures and the warranty registration certificate is filled out and mailed or e-mailed back within 30 days of purchase.

This warranty exclusively applies to peeling coatings caused as a direct result of product failure and exclusive maximum liability of PerformanceDIY.com Counter-Coat under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity necessary for re-coating the warranted area.

• Coating not applied direct to substrate

• Surface or sub surface contaminants

The sole and exclusive maximum liability of PerformanceDIY.com Counter-Coat under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity of material necessary for re-coating the warranted area.

The express warranties set forth in this purchase are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The customer agrees that his/her exclusive remedies and the entire liability of PerformanceDIY.com Counter-Coat with respect to the specified coatings, are set forth in this agreement.

PerformanceDIY.com Counter-Coat will not be liable to the customer for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of its use of the floor coating or the breach of any warranty.

PerformanceDIY.com Metallic Epoxy shall offer a warranty for its residential coating applications against peeling for a period of three years, providing its application is in accordance with PerformanceDIY.com Metallic Epoxy preparation and application procedures and the warranty registration certificate is completely filled out and mailed or e-mailed back within 30 days of purchase.

This warranty exclusively applies to peeling coatings caused as a direct result of product failure and exclusive maximum liability of PerformanceDIY.com Metallic Epoxy under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity necessary for re-coating the warranty area.

PerformanceDIY.com Metallic Epoxy will not be liable to the customer for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of its use of the floor coating or the breach of any warranty.

PerformanceDIY.com Deck-Coat shall warranty its coating proving its application in accordance with PerformanceDIY.com Deck-Coat preparation and application procedures and the warranty registration certificate is filled out and mailed or e-mailed back within 30 days of purchase. This warranty applies to peeling coatings caused as the direct result of product failure. The sole and exclusive maximum liability of PerformanceDIY.com Deck-Coat under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity necessary for re-coating warranted area. Warranty exclusions:

This warranty exclusively applies to peeling coatings caused as a direct result of product failure and exclusive maximum liability of PerformanceDIY.com Pave-Patch under this warranty will be to replace the appropriate quantity necessary for re-coating warranted area.

The customer agrees that his/her exclusive remedies and the entire liability of PerformanceDIY.com Pave-Patch with respect to the patch, are set forth in this agreement. PerformanceDIY.com Pave-Patch will not be liable to the customer for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of its use of the floor coating or the breach of any warranty.

PerformanceDIY.com Performance Floor Coating Systems, Inc. /Toledo Floor Warranty

• Standard System-1-year warranty Standard Epoxy-Coat system

• Rejection System- 3-year warranty Flake to Rejection System

• Resurfacer System- 3-year warranty 1/4” Resurfacing System

PerformanceDIY.com Performance Floor Coating Systems, Inc. (PFCSI) shall warranty its work against flanking and peeling for a period specified above from the invoice date providing the job has been paid in full to terms.

PerformanceDIY.com PFCSI cannot warranty an existing coating adhesion to the concrete or any work that we have not performed.

This warranty applies to flanking or chipping coatings caused as a direct result of product failure. The sole and exclusive maximum liability of PerformanceDIY.com PFCSI under this warranty will be at the option of PerformanceDIY.com PFCSI to patch failing area/areas or recoat all coated areas PerformanceDIY.com PFCSI deems advisable.

The express warranties set forth in this contract are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The customer agrees that his/her exclusive remedies, and the entire liability of PerformanceDIY.com PFCSI with respect to the specified floor coatings, are set forth in this agreement. PerformanceDIY.com PFCSI will not be liable to the customer for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of its use of the floor coating or the breach of any warranty.

Limitations and conditions not warranted.

• Hydrostatic pressure; Hydrostatic pressure is caused from moisture being present underneath the concrete slab. Hydrostatic pressure can cause blisters, bubbles, and other effects in a resinous coating.

• Sub-surface contaminants; Oil or other contaminants that can come up from within the concrete slab could cause coating failure.

• Deficient Concrete; concrete that breaks apart and exhibits reduced integrity.

• Non-skid; Non-skid will wear out over time and will need to be re-applied. Performance accepts no responsibility as to the time or amount of wearing. The customer is responsible for maintaining its own safe limits for slip resistance throughout the life of the floor coating application. TF recommends a coefficient friction of .05 or greater.

PerformanceDIY.com PERFORMANCE ROADS, LLC. WARRANTY

Concrete Repair/Resurfacing-1-year warranty

Asphalt Repair/Resurfacing-6 months warranty

PerformanceDIY.com Performance Roads shall warranty its work against flanking and peeling for a period specified above from the invoice date providing the job has been paid in full to terms.

PerformanceDIY.com Performance Roads cannot warranty an existing coating adhesion to the concrete or any work that we have not performed.

This warranty applies to delamination caused as a direct result of product failure. The sole and exclusive maximum liability of PerformanceDIY.com Performance Roads under this warranty will be at the option of PerformanceDIY.com Performance Roads to patch failing area/areas or re-coat all coated areas Performance Roads deems advisable.

Customer agrees that his/her exclusive remedies, and the entire liability of PerformanceDIY.com Performance Roads with respect to the specified patch, are set forth in this agreement. Performance Roads will not be liable to the customer for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of its use of the floor coating or the breach of any warranty.

Limitations and conditions not warranted.

• Hydrostatic pressure: Hydrostatic pressure is caused from moisture being present underneath the concrete slab. Hydrostatic pressure can cause lifting.

• Deficient Concrete: concrete that breaks apart and exhibits reduced integrity.

• Slip resistant properties.
